Born in the beautiful, historic republic of Moldova during the Soviet era, Alexander Alexandrovich has been dedicated to the art of ceramics for over 20 years. Formed under the mentorship of masters from the prestigious Stroganov Academy of Arts, Alexander spent years running his renowned workshop in the historic town of Suzdal. Now, he brings his deep expertise, traditional techniques, and passion for clay to you.
About the Workshop
Discover the ancient art of creating an ocarina—a beautiful, fully functional ceramic musical instrument. In this hands-on masterclass, Alexander will guide you step-by-step through the process of shaping, sculpting, and tuning your very own clay flute.
No Experience Required: Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned clay enthusiast, this workshop is designed for all skill levels.
Intimate Setting: To ensure personalized guidance and a high-quality experience, the group is strictly limited to 6 participants.
Language & Translation: The masterclass will be taught in Russian, with a live English translator present throughout the entire session to ensure seamless communication.
